The Louvre database

I've seen the Louvre a few times over the years, and it is always a pleasure to visit the museum. But if you can't go, there are other ways to see many of the paintings in the collection. The best way is through Atlas, which contains around 30,000 works of art and the exact location in the Louvre. (A small word of warning - all searches must be done in French, so type the name of the artist if you can't speak the language.)
